"Our Sun has gone down. Our Sun has been lost from view and has left us in complete darkness. But we know it will return again that it will rise again to light us anew. But while it is there in the Mansion of Silence Let's join together, let's embrace each other and in the very center of our being hide all that our hearts love and we know is the Great Treasure. Let us hide our Temples our schools, our sacred soccer game our youth centers our houses of flowery song so that only our streets remain. Our homes will enclose us until our New Sun rises. Most honorable fathers and most honorable mothers, may you never forget to guide your young ones teach your children, while you live how good it has been and will be. Until now our beloved Anahuac sheltered and protected our destinies that our ancestors and our parents enthusiastically received and seeded in our being. Now we will instruct our children how to be good. They will raise themselves up and gain strength and as goodness make real their great destiny in this, our beloved mother Anahuac."

 

 


Foods to Reduce or Eliminate

SUGAR (White & brown), Even worse---artificial sweeteners. Robs the body of vitamins, especially vitamin E, causes drowsiness, temper, irritability and violence. Damages soft tissues of the heart, kidneys and liver. It also weakens your immune system, which is vital to fight diseases, by impairing the white blood cells. Eating 100 grams of simple carbs (such
as a few cookies, a large piece of cake or a few donuts) can reduce the ability of white blood cells to engulf and destroy micro organisms by 50%.  As a result, we are more prone to bacterial and viral infections. May also cause osteoporosis.
SUBSTITUTE: Raw honey, Pure Maple syrup, date juice and Stevia
WHITE FLOUR Causes constipation and increases sugar level, has absolutely NO nutrients!! Devoidof fiber, which is necessary for colon health. Breads, pasta, and white rice are starches that are converted into sugar in our bodies.
SUBSTITUTE: Whole grain bread, brown rice and whole grain pasta
SOFT DRINKS Kidney problems, weakness and loss of eyesight. Draws phosphorous out of bones. Possible cause of osteoporosis. One can of soda contains 7 to 10 teaspoons of sugar. It also contains caffeine
SUBSTITUTE: diluted organic fruit juice
RED MEAT Contains antibiotics, especially tetracycline, growth hormones and estrogen which cause breast cancer. Beef cattle feed on grassland sprayed with pesticides, which accumulate in the fatty tissues of the animals. When you eat any kind of animal fat, the pesticide from the meat
accumulates in YOUR fatty tissues, and you reap the cumulative damage. Red meat is bacteria infested and can cause cancer. It increases the workload of the kidney & liver, as well as inflammation of the nerves and muscles, often worm infested.
SUBSTITUTE: Organic Buffalo, Venison , or soy products
CAFFEINE Coffee tea, soft drinks and milk chocolate contain caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that stresses your body's circuitry. Also has been scientifically connected to headaches and anxiety, even cancer. Caffeine dramatically devastates the nervous system and seriously dehydrates the body.
SUBSTITUTE: DARK chocolate (in small amounts sparingly is actually beneficial) herb teas and de-caffeinated green tea.
DAIRY Ice Cream, cheese, yogurt, milk and butter are injected with dangerous chemicals, forms mucous and are difficult to digest, especially people of color, African, Asian & Indigenous. Dairy products are also allergenic.
SUBSTITUTE: Soy or rice products or almond based milk, butter, etc.
ALCOHOL Robs the body of nutrients and overworks the kidneys. It often leads to cirrhosis of the liver and mental disability.
OIL All hydrogenated products (margarine, shortening etc) should be excluded from your diet. fried foods, especially when oil is used, create free radicals (A free radical is a molecule with an unpaired electron which can damage the body's cells and accelerate the aging process)
